USCIS Activates form to Report Immigration Fraud

The immigration agency indicates that this initiative seeks to begin an investigation against those who try to abuse the system. Here we tell you who it is.

TEXAS – The United States Citizenship and Immigration Service ( USCIS ) announced the launch of an online form where people can report all those, including companies, that they suspect have committed fraud.

With the details received, the agents will begin a special investigation into the arguments and information sent by the complainant.

“Protecting the integrity of our immigration system is one of the priorities for the Trump administration, and it is also the primary mission of our agency,” said Joseph Edlow, director of policy for USCIS.

People interested in reporting any type of immigration abuse or fraud can click here to view the form.

Previously, an email was available to make this type of complaint. However, the agency indicates that people will receive an automatic response where they will be redirected to that website.
